What are my shipping rate and options?

-Shipping Rate and Options differs depending on the destination and total weight. Your shipping rate is automatically calculated in the Ordering Form, and you can select the shipping method available there!

Duties and Taxes

-Customers may be responsible for Duties,Taxes, and related charges when your order arrives in your country.

-Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policise and import duties vary widely from country to country. It mighy be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Exchange & Return

We only accept exchange or return items when you receive defective or unordered items.
In that case, please click Contact us or sending email:customer@naturalanimalcare.co.jp first for return approval.
We are responsible for shipping and handling charges of returned items.


Returns and refunds for these products are not allowed under the following conditions:

  • -after 7days of your delivery date

  • -Used items

  • -please contact us before shipping your order back for return approval

  • -sales items

  • -products must be returned with original packaging,unopened, unused, and undamaged
