※Attached Spoon: One scoop of herbs is about 15gram.
One regular tablespoon is about 10gram.
※Recommended amount of warm water : 6-8 times of the herb for Doctor’s Health, 8-10 times for Moisture Health.
※The usage amount depends on the type of breeds, body type and length of hair.
※For types with long and density coat, it is recommended to make a looser paste by adding more warm water than usual.
Making the Herbal Paste
1Put warm water first, then add herb powder (and, if using Beauty Oil ).
Using Beauty Oil will increase moisturizing power and nourish the skin. It also smooths the texture of the undercoat and prevents “poofy” look.
★Please put warm water first.
If you put the herb powder in first, you will not be able to make a smooth paste
※For dogs with sensitive and unhealthy skin, use the lukewarm water.
※Open the lid for removing air inside.
2Close the lit tightly and shake the container 10 to 20 times.
★Please make sure to close the lid tightly
After shaking 2 to 3 times please open the lid for removing air inside.
3Leave the mixed paste about 10 min. for better absorption.
★To make the paste mixing well, please take a time for leaving time.
The herbal paste is thin right after mixing it and it will change to liquidly after 10 min.
※For Moisture Health: let it sit over 10 min.
Prepare – Shampoo then Applying the Herbal Paste.
While leaving the mixture to blend, brush out tangled and snarled hairs. Then, shampoo to remove sebum stains.
※Herbal paste is likely to stick with sebum stains so please wash well those parts such as around dog’s ears, armpits and, paws. If the sebum stains are removed, the final rinse should be very easy.
Apply
1Check the thickness
The paste’s thickness should approximately be the consistency of pancake mix.
If the paste is too thick. Please adjust thickness by adding warm water.
If the paste is too thin and weak. Please adjust thickness by adding herb powder.
2Apply gently and evenly to whole body
Make sure the mixture is distributed evenly to all parts of the coat and skin.
The herbal paste is safe enough to lick so it’s suited to apply to the face, and you can brush the teeth with it.
The Herb Pack wil be less effective, if the paste is not applied to the skin correctly.
If you have a Pug or Bull Dog, make sure to apply the paste into the dog’ s wrinkled areas as well.
※Do not brush or rub your pet’s coat too much after application.
It can cause damage to dog’s coat and by breaking hair.
※Massage gently for 1 to 2 minutes after application.
※When you leave the sink or tub, please wrap towel around
dog’s body to prevent herb paste messes.
3Wait for 1 to 2 min. after applying.
It is important for effects on the skin. Please wait for 1 to 2 minutes after applying the herbal paste.
※If your dog’s skin is oily or have strong odor, please leave it 5 to 10 minutes.
Wash
1Wash off herbal paste in a small tub.
Put your dog in a bucket or any container that can soak the whole body. Pour warm water with shower. Wash off the herbal paste by gently rubbing and massaging in a bucket.
To prevent the remaining herbs, make sure you have rinsed thoroughly.
※If you’re worried about herbs remaining on their body, repeat this steps.
2Final Rinse, Shampoo and Conditioner
Pour the warm water and add shampoo in the bucket. And make foaming shampoo by shower.
Wash off rest of herbal paste on the body completely by easy and gentle shampoo.
After rinsing, apply treatment or conditioner according to the skin and coat condition.
※If the herbal paste gets in their eyes please rinse it out thoroughly by using shower.
Dry
After drying with a towel, make sure to completely dry your pet’s coat and skin with a blow dryer.
