We have distributors in the Unites States, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Australia now. For those who live in that areas, please contact them for your order. They can answer any specific questions you have concerning in your country.

For other countries listed above, we will ship directly from Japan.

    -If you choose bank transfer, we will demand you bank remittance fee: 4000JPY.
    Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

-Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policise and import duties vary widely from country to country. It mighy be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Exchange & Return

We only accept exchange or return items when you receive defective defective or unordered items.
In that case, please click Contact us or sending email:customer@naturalanimalcare.co.jp first for return approval.
We are responsible for shipping and handling charges of returned items.


Returns and refunds for these products are not allowed under the following conditions:

  • -after 7days of your delivery date

  • -Used items

  • -please contact us before shipping your order back for return approval

  • -sales items

  • -products must be returned with original packaging,unopened, unused, and undamaged
