How do I place an order?

What are my payment options?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (VISA/MASTER Card, One-time pay only)

-After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to access your payment transaction. Proceed to payment by clicking URL link in the email.

  • Bank Transfer

-If you choose bank transfer, we will demand you bank remittance fee: 4000JPY.
Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

Duties and Taxes

-Customers may be responsible for Duties, Taxes, and any related charges when your order arrives in your country.

-Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


Exchange & Return

We only accept exchange or return items when you receive defective or unordered items.
In that case, please contact us:customer@naturalanimalcare.co.jp first for return approval.
We are responsible for shipping and handling charges of returned items.

Returns and refunds for these products are not allowed under the following conditions:

-after 7days of your delivery date
-Used items
-please contact us before shipping your order back for return approval
-sales items
-products must be returned with original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged
